The North 100 feet of the following described land, .EXCEPT that part lying West
oP the F.B.C. Railway, and ALSO BXCBPT~so much as may be taken up by the
right-of-r+ay of the Florida Sast Coast Railway and the right-of-way of public
roads, to-wit:
Commencing on the West line of Lot 1 of Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 40
Bast, at a point 1,381.73 feet south of its North line; thence Bast parallel
With lot line to the waters of Indian River; thence southerly along the waters
of said Indian River until a square of 347.82 feet; thence West parallel with
North line to lot line; thence North along lot line 347.82 feet to place of
beginning, the said described land is known as Lot 5, FRIES SUBDIVISION of Lot_
