AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA t
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
LACEY A. THOMAS, who, upon being duly sworn by me, .deposes and says:
1. That my name is Lacey A. Thomas and I am also known `
as Lacey A. Thomas, Jr.
2. That I am the same person shown as Lacey A. Thomas on
that certain Warranty Deed from Vincent J.Alpino and Yolanda Alpino,
hi s. wife to Lacey A. Thomas and Judith K. Thomas his wife dated
June 10,1977 and recorded in O.R.Book 269 at Page 1582 of the
Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida deeding the following
described property:
The North 1/2 of Lot 20 and the West 15 feet of the
North 1/2 of Lot 18, Block 16 (R) Assessor's Map of
North Fort Pierce as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page
164 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,Florida.
3. That I am the same person as shown in that certain
Warranty Deed from Lacey A. Thomas and Judith R.Thomas, his wife
in favor of Sara E. Stepp, a single adult dated September 14, 1978
and recorded in O. R. Book 294 at Page 1017 of the Public Records
of St.Lucie County, Florida conveying the same property as
described above and that I inadvertently signed my name Lacey A.
Thomas, Jr. in that Warranty Deed. -
4. Further Affiant sayeth naught.
