CLAIM OF LIEN

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
VINCENT R. SIMONE who, being duly sworn, says that he is the Vice
President of the lienor herein, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC., whose address
-~is-1213 Omar Road, West .Palm Beach, Florida 33405, and that in
pursuance of a contract with HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, ~
2400 South Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, lienor fur-
nished labor, services and materials consisting of:
Lienor as General Contractor furnished labor, -
services and materials for construction of ~
residential highrise buildings known as Sea-
scape I Condominiums ,.Phases A and B (also
known as Phases I and II), -
of a total value of FOUR MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED SIX and 20/100 ($4,181,506.20) DOLLARS, of which there
remains unpaid ONE MILLION SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY
EIGHT and 25/100 ($1,065,728.25} DOLLARS, for which amount he claims
a lien on the following described real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
SEASCAPE I CLUSTER, Phases A and B
(also known as Phases I and II) ;
2400 South Ocean Drive
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
LEGAL DESCRIPTION IS ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBIT A AND MADE A PART HEREOF, ~

owned by HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida Limited ~
Partnership.
He further says that lienor furnished the first of said labor, f

January 31, 1980.
