SIMONE who, being duly sworn, says that he is the Vice ' President of the lienor herein, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC., whose address is 1213. Omar Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405, and that in pursuance of a contract with HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, 2400 South Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, lienor fur- nished labor, services and materials consisting of: Lienor as General Contractor furnished labor, f' services and materials for construction of residential highrise building known as: Seascape I Condominium, Phase C (also known as Phase III) ~ of a total value of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO and 76/100 ($1,232,952.76) DOLLARS, of which there remains unpaid SIX HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY SIX and 70/100 ($636,396.70) DOLLARS, for which amount he claims a lien on the following described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: SEASCAPE I CLUSTER, Phase C (also known as Phase III) f 2400 South Ocean Drive . Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 LEGAL DESCRIPTION IS ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT A AND MADE A PART HEREOF, owned by HUTCHINSON ISLAIJD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida Limited Partnership.
