O R D E R
This cause came on for hearing on the 25th day of April,
1980 on the motion of the Wife, CORINE WILLIAMS, for temporary
relief and upon oral motion of the Husband, by and through his
attorney, for an Order dismissing this cause for lack of juris-
diction and the court having found that the Wife's Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage fails to state that the Petitioner has
been a resident of the State of Florida for more than six•(6)
months prior to filing her Petition for Dissolution, it is hereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion to dismiss this cause
for lack of jurisdiction is granted and the Petitioner shall have
five days from the date of this Order to amend the Petition. It
is further {
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that. the Attorney for the Husband shall
accept service of process of the amended Petition for Dissolution of
Marriage and that the Wife's Motion for Temporary Relief shall be ~

rescheduled for the 5th day of May, 1980 at 2:00 p.m.
