FINAL JUDGEMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~t
This cause came on for trial the J ~ day of April, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds
and determines: -The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the fielation of Husband and Nife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the parties
'and each of them is hereby dissolved and they are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the -
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of M~ARCEL GERMAIN CHAMPIGNY and TARA MARIE
CHAMPIGNY, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the wife,
with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the husband.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties.
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
