FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Thias action was heard April 25, 1980, and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists be-
tween the paY`ties; and that the marriage between the parties is

irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It~is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between TIMOTHY J.
GREGORI' and STEPHANIE A. GREGORY be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of TIMOTHY J. GREGORY, Jr., minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to STEPHANIE A. GREGORY, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to TIMOTHY J. GREGORY in
accordance with the custody provisions contained in paragraph 3
of the agreement entered into between the parties.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing upon entry of this judgment, TIMOTHY
J. GREGORY shall pay to STEPHANIE A. GREGORY the sum of $200.00
per month for the support of the child named above. These payments,
.shall be made in accordance with the support provisions contained
in paragraph 2 of the agreement entered into between the parties.
