4. PROPERTY. The settlement agreement admitted into evidence
!his hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. RESERVATION OF JURISDICTION. Except as to the dissolution
- ~;of marriage granted in this judgment, this court specifically re-

!;serves jurisdiction to enforce this judgment. Further, both

;parties are ordered to take whatever action is reasonable and ~

(inecessary to, and conduct themselves in a manner conducive with,
carrying out the intent and purpose of this judgment. ~
