ORDER ON MOTION FOR ENFORCEMENT AND

' MOTION TO MODIFY FINAL JUDGMENT
This action was heard A ril 22 1980 on i
p petitioner's motion
for enforcement-and respondent's motion to modify final judgment
;and the court having heard testimony of the parties and arguments
of counsel, and on the evidence presented, it is
ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Petitioner's motion for enforcement is denied; however, F
,':respondent, KEMPTON DEAN KRUEGER, is adjudged_to be in arrears in
E
child support payments previously ordered by this court in the
. sum of $250.00 as of April 22, 1980, which sum is to be paid to
petitioner, ADRIA LEE KRUEGER within a reasonable time from the
entry of this order. Payments on arrearage shall be in addition
- to regular child support payments as hereinafter provided.
2. Respondent's motion to re~uce child support is denied, and,
he shall fully comply with support provisions as contained in the
final judgment entered by this court December 5, 1979. Only pay-
- ments made through the clerk of this court shall be credited
against respondent's support obligation and any sums paid directly.
to or for the benefit of petitioner and/or the minor child of the
parties shall be considered as gifts.
3. Paragraph 3(a) of the settlement agreement entered into
between the parties on November 8, 1979, and incorporated by re-
ference into the final judgment of dissolution of marriage entered, f
by this court on December 5, 1979, is deleted and the following
inserted in its place:
