AFFIDAVIT OF RUTH E. THOMPSON
STATE OF FLORIDA

COUNTY OF MARTIN - E
BEFORE ME, the undersigned notary public, personally
appeared RUTH E. THOMPSON, who upon her oath, says: t
1. That she is the surviving spouse of LEO I. THOMPSON,
-who died on January 20, 1980, as shown by the certified copy
of death certificate which is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
2. That at the time of the death of said LEO I. THOMPSON,
your affi:ant and LEO I. THOMPSON, owned real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 29, Block 404, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION
THREE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 12, Pages 13A through 131, of the
Public. Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the marriage of your affiant and LEO I. THOMPSON
was continuous and without interruption from the time of
acquiring title to the real property described above, until
the death of LEO I. THOMPSON.
4. That the total value of all property which LEO I.
THOMPSON, deceased, had any interest, including jointly owned
property, insurance, or other property included in his gross
estate for federal estate tax purposes, was within the general exerQtion
and therefore no federal estate tax return, Form 706, was
necessary or filed, and a Non-Taxable Certificate and Receipt
for Estate No ~ 83735, is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "
and made a part hereof.
