BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorized
to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
ARTI~UR BERNATO
who, being duly. cautioned and sworn, deposes and says as follows:
1. That affiant is the surviving spouse of
ETHEL BERNATO deceased,
who died on the 7th day of November 19 79
2. That affiant and said decedent were lawfully
married and were husband and wife prior to the date they took
title to that cer~ain real property described below and that said
marriage relationship was continuous and uninterrupted until the
date of the death of the aforesaid decedent. ,
3. That affiant and said decedent, at the time of
the decedent's death, were the owners in fee simple, as tenants
by the entireties, of the property described as follows:
Lots 21, 22 ~ 23, Block 1497, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 16,
according to the Plat thereof,•recorded in Plat Book 13,
Page 7, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
-and-
Lots 9 and 10, Block 2210, PORT ST. LUCIE, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
