Debtor's interest under a proprietary lease between OCEAN RES~O~RTS~
CO-OP, INC., as Lessor and Debtor as Lessee in Campsite No. ~,y in
BRYN MAWR OCEAN RESORTS, a campsite cooperative situate on certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
The South 1000 feet of that part of Government Lot 3, Section
11, Townshi~,34 South, Range 40 East as measured along the
East right-of-way of State Road A-1-A and lying East of said
right-of-way; Together with all of that property lying South
of a line rt,:nning from East to West from the Atlantic Ocean
1o the Indian River 3828.75 feet South of and parallel to the
North lire of Sections, 9, 1J and 11, Township 34 South, ~:anye
:0 East, Gn3 lying ~v'e~t of the West right-of-way of State Road
A-1-A, less the following described parcel.:
Pa~rel No. 1. Beginning at a point ~n tr.~ South line of
Section, 11, Township 34 South, Range 40 East: said point being

State Road A-1-A and the South lire of said Section il; Thence
run North at a right angle to the said South line a distance
of 207 feet; Thence run '~iest and parallel to the said South line
a distance of 432 feet; Thence run South to a point on the said
South line of Section 11; Thence run East along thrC South line
( of Section 11 a distance of 432 feet to the point of beginning.
The fee simple title to said lands is owned by OCEAN RESORTS CO-OP,
INC., a Florida corporation organized to provide an entity to operate
r_he aforementioned cooperative. Said lands are located on North
-1-A in St. Lucie County, Florida.
