MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
RNOW ALL MEN.BY THESE. PRESENTS, that we the,
undersigned, CHARLES E. BIGGE, JOSEPH C. BOCCI and ANTHONY J.
TRAPANI, have by document dated March 1~, 1980, entered into
a Joint Venture Agreement between themselves relating to their
holding, owning, managing, controlling and disposition of
property, both real and personal, which they shall acquire in the
future. Notice is hereby given as to the existence thereof and
to the restrictions placed upon such holding.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto set
their hands and seals this ~ day of March, 1980.
