Florida corporation, to JAMES.J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-

thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declara-
tion of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM A, as
recorded in Official Records Book 324, Page 1952, and as amended
in Official Records Book 324, Page-2019, all in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of
the property described in that mortgage.
