MEMORANDUM OF PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT '
On the 13th day of March 19 80, KENT DEVELOPMENT,
LTD., a Florida limited partnership, executed a mortgage to HAMPSTAD MORTGAGE
CORPORATION LTD., an Alberta corporation, whose address is 509 Plaza Level,
Capital Square Building, Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, which
mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book 327 at Page 1897 of
the Official Records of St. Lucie ~ County, Florida, and encumbers
property located in that County legally described as follows:
Lot 5 in Block 2, Port St. Lucie Industrial Park,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
• Book 16 at Page 27, 27-A through 27-F of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
In connection with said mortgage, Hampstad Mortgage Corporation Ltd.
hereby acknowledges that, pursuant to a Participation Agreement dated the 4th
dayd of September, 1979, the following corporations have been assigned an
interest- in said mortgage:
