FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION ~~A~'ERr~lrn
THIS CAUSE having been heard upon the verified
Petition for Adoption filed by EARL EUGENE HUBBART in the
above-styled cause and upon the Default having been filed
against the Respondent, BILLY MATHEW WALKER, and it appearing
to the Court that the Petitioner, EARL EUGENE HUBBART, is

a fit.and proper person to adopt the minor children WILLIAM
MATHEW WALKER and MELINDA FAY WALKER and that the best interest
of the children will be promoted by said adoption and the
children are suitable for adoption by Petitioner, Petitioner
having married the children's natural mother, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor children known
as WILLIAM MATHEW WALKER and MELINDA FAY WALKER are declared
to be the legal children of the Petitioner, EARL EUGENE HUBBART,
who is married to the children's natural mother, LINDA LOUISE }
HUBBART, and the children are given the names of WILLIAM MATHEW
HUBBART and MELINDA FAY HUBBART by which names they shall here-
after be known, and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-these children shall be the
children and legal heixs of the Petitioner, EARL EUGENE HUBBART,
entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all f

obligations of a child born to Petitioner, EARL EUGENE HUBBART,

in lawful wedlock.
