COME NOW the attorney for the Petitioner and the attorney
for the Respondent and do hereby stipulate and agree to
continue the hearing on the Petition for Support under
isconsin Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act which
as to be heard at 2:30 P.M., April 21, 1980 by Acting
ircuit Judge William G. Tye. The continuance shall extend
_ until either attorney resets the hearing and gives proper
notice to the other attorney.

THIS CAUSE having come before this Court upon the Stipu-
lation of the attorneys of the Petitioner and Respondent it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the hearing on the Petition for
Support under the Wisconsin Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of
Support Act set for 2:30 P.M.,April 21,1980 in.the above-style
cause shall be hereby continued until reset by either of the
attorneys for the Petitioner or Respondent.
