IT APPEARING from tha evidence before the Court that JOHNNY FRANKLIN DOUGLAS
has failed to pay child support as required by the Final Judgment of this Court
entered on October 25, 1979, and is, as of this April 18, 1980, in arrears $313.00
reflecting a credit of $100.00 for the two weeks he had custody of the children.. It
is,
ORD$RED that Respondent hereafter pay the $313.00 arrearage at the rate 'of
$50.00 per week, each and every week. These payments to be in addition to the regu-
lar $50.00 per week child support payments, making a total payment of $100.00 per
week, plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00, Payments to be made in cash, cashier's
.check or money order. Then the total arrearage is paid in full, regular weekly pay-
ments shall revert to $50.00 a week.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this Zs~
