IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that PAUL RANDALL ROGBRS
has failed to .pay child support as required by the Order of this Court entered on
December 20, 1979, and is, as of this April 18, 1980, in arrears $238.00 ($75.00 ~
regular child support aad $163.00 balance of old arrears), it is-;
ORDERED that Respondent continue payments of $10.00 on the arrears of
$238.00 each and every week. These payments to be in addition to the regular
$25.00 per week child support payments, making a total payment of $35.00 each and
every week, plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash,
by cashier's check or money order. When the total arrearage is paid in full, regular
weekly payments shall revert to $25.00 per week.
. FURTHER ORDERED that visitation rights as granted in the Final Judgment-
Dissolution of Marriage entered April 4, 1979, are to be strictly enforced. Any
violation of visitation rights is to be reported to the Court by the Respondent by
means of petition to the Court filed by Respondent PAUL RANDALL ROGERS or his
attorney and the matter will be heard.

JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
