ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE was heard April 18, 1980, and after hearing testimony this Court
find<the Respondent WILLIS RAY NETTLES owns and operates his own business and has the
mesas to make regular child support payments. Respondent has willfully failed and re-

fused to pay the child support as required by the Orders of this Court entered on
February 3, 1977 and February 29, 1980, and is as of this date in arrears $60.00, it

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $60.00 arrearage
within one week or by April 25, 1980, and making regular child support payments of
$30.00 per week on time each and every week without fail commencing Monday, April 2I,
1980. Payments to be made in cash or by cashier's check or money order and are to
include the $2.00 statutory Clerk's fee.
FURTHER ORDERID if Respondent WILLIS RAY NETTLES does not purge himself of
his contempt as outlined above, he shall be required, upon written affidavit of the
Petitioner, and without any additional notice to serve thirty (30) days in the St.
Lucie County Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
