FLOURINE DENNIS, Wife.
O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court on the
25th day of April, 1980, upon the Wife's Petition For Temporary '
Relief, and the Court finding that the Husband, ROBERT LEE DENNIS,
was served with process and that he personally appeared before the
Court without an attorney and the Court further finding that the
Wife was present at the hearing, the Court having heard testimony
and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Petition For Temporary Relief of the Wife,
FLOURINE DENNIS, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and it, be,
and is hereby further ordered that the sole and exclusive use and
possession of the marital home located at 505 North 15th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, be and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife
FLOURINE DENNIS, and it, be, and is hereby further ordered that
ROBERT LEE DENNIS is ordered to remove himself from said marital home
by 5:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 26, 1980, and it is further ordered
that the Wife, FLOURINE DENNIS, is awarded temporary sole and exclu-
sive use of the furnishings and other items located in said home _

and on or about the premises.
2. That FLOURINE DENNIS is a fit and proper person to have
temporary sole custody and care of the minor children of the parties
and FLOURINE DENNIS, be, and is hereby ordered awarded temporary and
exclusive custody and care of the minor children, JULIA M. DENNIS and
BOBBY LEON DENNIS during the pendency of these proceedings, with
