3. That the Husband, ROBERT LEE DENNIS, and the Wife,
FLOURINE DENNIS, be, and are hereby ordered enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing, abusing, threatening, assaulting,
battering bothering or otherwise interfering with one another and
the Husband, ROBERT LEE DENNIS, be, and is hereby ordered enjoined
and restrained from going to the residence of the Wife and children
at 505 North 15th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, except to exercise
his visitation rights. The Sheriff of Saint Lucie County or his
authorized deputies and the several Sheriffs of the State of Florida
or their authorized deputies, be, and are hereby ordered to enforce
this Restraining Order against the Husband and the Wife without
further Order of the Court, and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County
or his authorized deputies and the several Sheriffs of the State
of Florida or their authorized deputies, be, and are hereby ordered
to take the violator of this Restraining Order into custody and to
incarcerate him pending further order of this Court. ~

4. That the Wife, FLOURINE DENNIS, be, and is hereby

ordered awarded child support in the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per
week per child for the support of the minor children and the Husband,
~ ROBERT LEE DENNIS, be, and is hereby ordered to pay the sum of Ten ;

Dollars ($10.00) per week for the support of the minor children, ~
beginning on Friday, May 2, 1980, and on the Friday of each week
thereafter during the pendency of these proceedings and the Husband,
ROBERT LEE DENNIS, be, and is hereby ordered to make said payments
by paying said sums plus Two Dollars ($2.00) as a statutory fee to
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, at the Saint Lucie County
ff Courthouse and is further ordered to make said payments by cash,
certified check, cashier's check or money order. Both parties are
hereby further ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court informed of
their current addresses and telephone numbers during. the pendency
of these proceedings.
