LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE N0. 80-451 FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF ROBERT LEVEILLE, Husband and BONNIE LOU LEVEILLE, Wife ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF This cause having come to be heard before me on the 18th day of April, 1980, and the Court being fully advised in the premises and having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. CUSTODY. That the Wife, BONNIE LOU LEVEILLE, shall have custody of the two minor children, ROBERT ANTHONY LEVEILLE and SARA DANEILLE LEVEILLE. 2. VISITATION. The Husband, ROBERT LEVEILLE, shall be entitled to visit the children beginning 8 A.M. Saturday morning and ending 7 P.M. Sunday evening every other weekend with the first such period of visitation beginning April 26, 1980. Upon the arrival of the father on Saturday morning the children shall be ready and properly clothed by the Wife. The children shall be returned promptly and in a like clean condition. The Husband, ROBERT LEVEILLE, shall not remove the children from the four county area including Martin, Indian River, Okeechobee and St. Lucie Counties. 4. CHILD SUPPORT. That the Husband, ROBERT LEVEILLE, shall be obligated to pay child support to the Wife, BONNIE LOU LEVEILLE, in the amount of $60.00 per week commencing on April 24, 1980 and payable each Thursday thereafter. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to BONNIE LOU LEVEILLE. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of 52.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be -1- Bt10f(~ PlIGE -i ~-3 7
