The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
the surviving parents of the decedent and as the sole bene-
ficiaries of the estate of the decedent..
2. Decedent, JAMES GILBERT MOSER, whose last known
address was 6901 Ocala Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on
January 17, 1980, at Indian River Memorial Hospital, and at
the time of death decedent was domicile in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this es-tate, their addresses and relationships to decedent
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
