- I, JAMES GILBERT MOSER, a resident of Fort Lauderdale, I
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
ITEM I
I direct that all of my just debts and my funeral
expenses and the costs of administration of my Estate be paid as
soon after my death as may be practicable.
ITEM II
I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real,
personal, and mixed, of every kind and wheresoever situated, of
which I die seized or possessed, or to which I shall be entitled,
absolutely and in fee, in equal shares, to my parents, THELMA MOSER
and ROBERT MOSER, if both survive me, or, if either of them pre-
decease me, entirely to the one of them living at the time of my
death, or if both of my parents predecease me, as hereinafter ~

provided.

ITEM III
If my parents, THELMA MOSER and ROBERT MOSER, predecease
me, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real, personal
and mixed, of every kind and wheresoever situated, of which I die
seized or possessed to my sister, KRISTA M. PUTNAM, and my brother,
DENNIS W. MOSER, to be divided between them in equal portions,
share and share alike, per stirpes.
