If~either my sister, KRISTA M. PUTNAM, or my brother,
DENNIS W. MOSER, shall not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath
the share he or she would have received if living, per stirpes, unto
his or her issue living at the time of my death, if any; and if
none, then I give, devise and bequeath such share, per stirpes to
the one of them then living.
ITEM IV
I appoint my mother, THELMA MOSER, Executrix of this my
Last Will and Testament. I direct that no bond or other security
be required of my Executrix, or the Successor Executor (hereinafter
named), bond or other security being hereby waived.
If THELMA MOSER shall predecease me, or for any reason
shall fail to qualify as Executrix hereunder, or having qualified,
shall die or resign or be unable to continue to serve as Executrix,
then in any such event I appoint my brother, DENNIS W. MOSER,
Successor Executor of my Estate.
I vest in and confer upon my Executrix (and Successor. -
Executor) all of the general and specific powers granted or con=
ferred upon Executors or legal representatives by law, and contin-
uing absolute and discretionary power to deal with any and all
property, real, personal or mixed, tangible or intangible, in my
.Estate, as freely as I might in the handling of my own affairs if alive
and present. Any and all such powers and authority may be exercised in-
dependently and without the prior or subsequent approval of any Court
or judicial authority and no person dealing with my Executrix or
Successor Executor shall be required to inquire into the propriety
of any of her, or his actions. Without in any way limiting the
generality of the foregoing, my Executrix (or Successor Executor)
