sell, accumulate, transfer and convey, invest or borrow upon any
property, real, personal or mixed, tangible and intangible, in my
Estate at such times and prices and on such terms as she (or he)
may determine; with unlimited authority and power to make division
and distribution of my Estate, in whole or in part at one time or
from time to time in money or in kind, or partly in money or in
kind whenever deemed necessary, appropriate or advisable, and to
do every other act and thing necessary, incidental and appropriate
for the complete administration of my Estate. My Executrix (or
Successor Executor) may, in her or his discretion, pay from my
Domiciliary Estate all or any portion of the costs of any ancillary
administration and similar proceedings in other jurisdictions
should the same be necessary or deemed advisable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I sign, seal, publish and declare this
Instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, consisting of this and .
two preceding pages, which for purposes of identification I have
signed on each page, in the presence of the persons witnessing it
