PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the person and prop-
erty of HENRY G. COYLE, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardian-
ship no longer exists by reason of the fact the incaanpetent
died at Fort Pierce, Florida, on March 29, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return contain-
ing afull and correct account of all receipts and disburse-
ments of the ward's property of which petitioner had control
sa.nce the commencement of this guardianship, which includes a
statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, has qualified as personal repre-
sentative of the ward's estate in this court on April 14,

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be entered
approving all accountings not previously approved and discharg
ing Petitioner as guardian and releasing the surety on Petitioner's
bond, if any, from further liability.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE READ
THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE BEST OF
