This proceeding was heard on the petition for dis-
charge of the guardian of the person and property of Henry
G. Coyle, incompetent; notice of hearing on said petition
having been waived by SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIB COUNTY, the
duly appointed and acting personal representative of the
estate of Henry G. Coyle, deceased; and the-court being
satisfied that the guardian-has faithfully discharged the
duties of such guardian, has rendered a coanplete and accurate
final return, and has delivered the assets of the ward to-the
personal representative of the estate of the deceased ward; {
