DISI'RI~BUTION~ OF ASSETS
All of the assets of the Estate as shown on the Inventory filed herein
have been reduced to cash except the 200 shares of American Telephone and
Telegraph Company stock and the United States Savings Bond Series H which
is in the process of being surrendered for cash. -
Sixty-seven (67) shares each of the American Telephone and Telegraph
Company stock has been distributed to Ruth J. Fuest and Joseph Johansen and
sixty-six (66) shares of said stock has been issued to Evelyn Barnhart.
The net cash of~the estate, less costs of administration including
attorney's fees, shall be distributed one-third (1/3) each to Ruth Fuest,
Joseph Johansen and Evelyn Barnhart.
