ELISABETH GARRETT ;
I, ELISABETH GARRETT, also known as BETTY GARRETT, of St.
Lucie County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all
other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
both real and personal, wherever situate,'whether now owned or
hereafter acquired by me, I devise as follows:
A. THIRTY-FIVE PERCENT (35%) thereof, to my niece,
SHARON K. JARVIS, Gravelly Hollow Road, Medford,
New Jersey, 08055, if living, and if not, to .her
daughter, SANDRA JARVIS;
B. THIRTY-FIVE PERCENT (35%) thereof, to LORENE
THOMPSON, 6821 West 88th Street, Apartment 1804,
Overland Park, Kansas, 66212;
_ C. THIRTY PERCENT (3096) thereof, to J. GILBERT
GARRETT and OLIVE B. GARRETT, his wife, or to the
survivor thereof,-270 Miller Avenue, Freeport, New
York, 11520.
In the event both devisees in A above predecease me, the
percentage they would have taken shall be divided, proportionately
between the devisees in B and C. Should LORENE THOMPSON prede-
cease me, her percentage shall be divided, prorata, between the
devisees in A and C. Likewise, should both devisees in C above
precedease me, that thirty percent shall be divided equally between
the devisees in A and B.
