1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as surviving spouse and personal. representative. Her name
and address is as set forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and
address of her attorney is as set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, Edward G. Kelly, whose last known
- address was 3101 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450, died on March 27, 1980 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and
at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their address and relationship to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
