EDWARD G. KELLY
I, EDWARD G. KELLY, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills heretofore made by me.~
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay out of my residuary estate al l~of my just debts, includ-
ing the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: My personal representative is authorized
and directed to pay out of my residuary estate all inheritance,
legacy or estate taxes on my estate or any portion thereof,
or levied by reason of my death (including those levied on
proceeds of policies of insurance on my life), whether or
not the property, transfer or proceeds with respect to
which said taxes are levied is a part of my estate at my _
death, and my personal representative shall not require any.
transferee or other person to reimburse my estate for said
taxes so paid, nor deduct the same from the share of any
beneficiary hereunder.
CLAUSE III: I specifically bequeath the proceeds
of any policies of life insurance or accident insurance on
my life that may be payable to my estate, to my personal
representative to be used for the payment of estate and
inheritance taxes and administration expenses. Any balance
remaining after the payment of said taxes or expenses shall
pass into and be disposed of as a part of my residuary estate.
CLAUSE IV: I give and devise all of the rest, residue
and remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever
