the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Raymond B. Vencill dnd
Joy J. Vencill, his wife
dated July 19 19 65 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 123 on page
124 ,securing the payment of the sum of -----Eight Thousand Five Hundred and No/100------

covering property in the County of St, LUCie ,Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said- mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
