Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared Martin Neinstein, who upon being doily sworn,
. deposes and says:

1. That he resides at 29-06 Crescent Street, Astoria,
Queens, Mew York and knew Anna and Ferman Lange
from December, 1949 until the time of their
deaths.
2. That Berman Lange and the said Anna Lange were
continuously married without interruption,
from the time they took title to said property
by Karranty Deed dated Xay 17, 1954 and recorded
Xay 19, 1954 in Deed Book 191, page 217, of the
Public Records of St Lucie County, Florida, until
the date of Anna Lange's death, July 3, 1954.
3~ The Affiant knew Berman Lange and Anna Lange
personally, living on the same floor. The
~ ~~r130 Affiant visited them in their home many, many
times.
