plat thereof on record in plat book 7, at page 38, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
I_N ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT; THE MORTGAGORS
HEREIN COVENANT. AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein will make within 15 days of the due date
herein, the payments called for in the first mortgage now -
encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its offic
or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
and the amount-still hereunder, on an estoppel form provided
for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(3) This is a second mortgage.
