FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned (all, if more than one), herein referred to as "Borrower" )ofntly and severatly promise to pay to the
order of the above named Lender at its above address, the above stated Total of Payments, in consecutive monthly installments as indicated
above, beginning on the First Payment Due Date and continuing on the same date for each succeeding month to and including-the Final
Payment Due Date. All provisions set out above are incorporated in this Note by reference as though fully set forth herein.
Acceptance of any pa manta after maturity, or waiver or condonation of any breach or default, shall not constitute a waiver of any later or
other breach or default. Each of the makers, endorsers and guarantors hereof a~r~~~ that no variation or extension of time hereunder sf~all
affect his respective obligations. Borrowers hereby waive presentment, notice of disfwnor and protest as well as any homestead exemption
f rom forced sale relating to any property described herein as security.
The rate of interest charged in this transaction is authorized by Chapter ti56 of the Florida Statutes. ~
