Pursuant to the Order of Dismissal with Pre,~udice in this
case, issued April 7, 1980, this Court retained 3urisdiction to
determine the prevailing party and award Costs and Attorney Fees
accordingly. The Court further retained 3urisdiction to dispose

of the cash bond posted by Plaintiffs in this action.
The Court, having heard the evidence and argument of counsel
finds that Plaintiffs are the prevailing party in this action;
therefore, they are entitled to a reasonable attorney fee and
costs pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 718.303.
The Court having so found, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
that Plaintiffs are awarded attorney fees in the amount of gp0~~~
