atance shall include tha Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, Iegal representatives, and assigns, including all snhsequent grantees, either
voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of law and ahaA denote the singular and/or plural, and the masculine and/or
feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and wherever the matezt so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and
CO\l\tUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF THE PALM BEACHES, a corporatiaa existing under the laws of the
United States of America, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term as vaod is every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors,
legal representatives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in conddention of the aggregate sum of money named
in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and confirm unto the I?tortgagee, in fee simple,. the following described teat estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed,
and in actual possession, dtuate in the County of St . Lucie ,Slate of Plorjda, to•wit:
Unit 1b02, in OCEANA bCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM II, according to the Declaration of
Condominium of Oceans Oceanfront Condominium II, recorded in Official Record
Book 327, Pages 1684 et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
(the "Declaration of Condominium"), together with an undivided share in the
Common Elements appurtenant to such Unit and all other appurtenances to such
Unit as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
