ADDENDUM to mortgage from ERNEST R. HUFNAGEL slnd CATHERINE M.
HUFNAGEL, his wife, to O. O. SNOWDEN, dated April 25, 1980.
The following is hereby incorporated as a condition of that
second mortgage dated April 25, 1980: "
It is understood between the parties that there is presently
a first mortgage of record in favor of VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA,
INC., as reflected in O.R. Book 242, at page 1991, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County.
- Mortgagee,agrees to make payments on said mortgage. Then
the balance hereunder is reduced to the outstanding balance
on said first mortgage then mortgagors may assume said
mortgage directly and this mortgage shall be satisfied upon
approval of first mortgage by the mortgagee.
