AMENDED CLAIM OF LIEN

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
DONALD J. BEUTTENMULLER, JR., who, being duly sworn, says that he is
Attorney for the lienor herein, MORGANTI SOUTH, INC., whose address
is 1213 Omar Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405, and that in
pursuance of a contract with HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,
2400 South Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, lienor fur-
nished labor, services and materials consisting of:
Lienor as General Contractor furnished labor,
services and materials for construction of
residential highrise building known as Sea-
~ scape I Condominiums, Phase C (Also known as
. Phase IIh),
of a total value of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED FIFTY TWO and 76/100 ($1,312,152.76) DOLLARS, of which
there remains unpaid SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
NINETY SIX and 70/100 ($715,596.70) DOLLARS, for which amount he
claims a lien on the following described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
SEASCAPE I CLUSTER, Phase C
(Also known as Phase III)
2400 South Ocean Drive
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
LEGAL DESCRIPTION IS ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBIT A AND MADE A PART HEREOF,
owned by HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida Limited
Partnership.
He further says that lienor furnished the first of said labor,
services and materials on May 1, 1979 and the last of same on
January 31, 1980 .
