The Court reserves ~ urisdiction for determining and
awarding attorneys fees in this cause after the sale as herein-
- above provided is confirmed.
5. That the Plaintiff shall advance all costs in connection
with this sale and all costs including attorneys fees shall con-.
stitute a lien upon the property of the sale.
6. That the Plaintiff or Defendant may become a purchaser
-at the sale and in the event that either of them are the highest
bidder, .then they shall deposit one-half of the amount of that
bid with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and shall, when distri-
bution is made under order of the Court, deposit with the I
Registrar of the Court such sum as the Court may order to pay
the purchasers' respective share of all costs and fees incurred ~
in this course. ~

7. That upon hearing for confirmation of the sale, that ,
the Court shall. further determine any special equities that
exists to the rights of either party in the division of the ~
proceeds of the sale.
8. Thereafter, this Court shall confirm the sale as herein
provided and shall direct the Clerk of the Court to issue a Deed
in the manner provided by law; and thereafter plaintiff and any
person claiming by, through or under the plaintiff, and the

defendant, and any person claiming by, through or under the
defendant are forever barred and foreclosed of and from all.
right, title or interest, claim or demand of any kind or nature
f} whatsoever in and ~to the property herein described, and the ~
` purchaser at the said sale or representatives or assigns of the

purchaser, shall be let into posse sion of the property. i
