THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the plaintiffs' Motion to
Amend or for Repleader and the Court having heard the argument of
counsel for the respective parties and beging otherwise further
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Motion to Amend be and the same is hereby granted. -
2. The Pleading entitled Second Amended Complaint or Repleaded
Amended Gofiplaint shall be-the Second Amended Complaint of plaintiff.
3. The defendant shall file its answer within ten days of the
date of this Order..
