STIPULATED TEMPORARY ORDER
After due notice by or to all parties affected, on April 7,
1980, a hearing was held before the Court with respect to the
matters disposed of by this Order. On consideration of the stipula-
tion of the parties, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that pending the outcome of this matter,
the Husband shall pay all mortgage payments on the marital home
which include-taxes and insurance, and he shall pay same when they
become due and prior to their becoming in default. Additionally,
the Husband shall pay the monthly payment on the 1978 Subaru auto-
mobile owned jointly by the parties. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall maintain in full
force and effect hospital and major medical insurance covering the
minor children of the parties. The Husband shall pay all expenses
for medical, dental, surgical, hospitalization, medication, and
nursing expenses for the children which are not covered by the
insurance provided by the Husband. The Husband's consent shall be
obtained prior to the undertaking of any extraordinary or unusual
medical, dental, surgical, or hospitalization care for which he is
required to~pa}~ by the foregoing, except in case of a medical
emergency; additionally, the Husband shall be notified of any
