This cause coming on to be heard by the Court upon the -
Motion To Withdraw of the Defendants, RICHARD J. PISCAL and NINA
MARIA PISCAL, owners of Parcel No. 134 for the disbursement of the
deposit of $11,800.00, an3 it appearing that there are no other
interest adversely affected by the taking, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from the
funds deposited by the Plaintiff, with respect to Parcel No. 134,
the sum of $11,800.00 to said Defendants.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this day of April, 1980.
