FOR ISSUANCE OF WRIT OF ASSISTANCE
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court, upon
the.Petition and Affidavit of BACKUS ENTERPRISES, INC.,
the Plaintiff and entity entitled to possession of the subject
premises, located situate and being in Saint Lucie County., .
Florida, described as follows:

to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
7, Page 17, of the Public Records of Saint
Lucie•County, Florida.
and the Court having considered the same and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court
shall issue a Writ of Assistance directing the Sheriff of
Saint Lucie County, Florida, to dispossess ELOZSE THOMAS
and all others claiming by, through and under her from
the subject premises and to place BACKUS ENTERPRISES, INC.
into possession thereof.
