This cause coming on to be heard upon Motion for Summary
Judgment filed by the Plaintiff, which motion was withdrawn by the
Plaintiff's Attorney, and Motion for Jury Trial filed by the
Defendant, and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the
parties, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion for Trial by
Jury be, and the same is hereby denied, and the above-styled cause
is to be heard at the date set by this Court on its Non-Jury Trial
Docket .
