Complaint For Damages before this Court with the parties represented
by their respective counsel, and the parties having sitpulated to
the entry 'of a Final Judgment in this cause and this Court having =

considered the documents in the Court file, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, PACKERS SUPPLY
COMPANY, INC., do have and recover from the Defendant, TREASURE COAST
FISHERIES CO-OPERATIVE, INC., the sum of $2,549.01 for all of which
let execution issue.
