That Plaintiff's Motion to Strike is granted with Defendants being granted leave to amend the Answer and Affirmative Defense thereto within lO days of the date herein. 2. Defendants' Motion is granted and the statement of damages be and hereby is struck from Paragraph 3 of the Complaint and in the prayer for relief thereto.
