THIS CAUSE coming before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Strike
Paragraph 4 of the Defendants' Answer, and on Defendants' Motion to Strike

the statement of damages contained in Paragraph 3 and the prayer for relief
in the Complaint, and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the parties
and being fully advised in the premises, it fs
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Plaintiff's Motion to Strike is granted with Defendants being
granted leave to amend the Answer and Affirmative Defense thereto within
lO days of the date herein.
2. Defendants' Motion is granted and the statement of damages be and
hereby is struck from Paragraph 3 of the Complaint and in the prayer for
relief thereto.
