ORDER
TRIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Motion of Defendants, NATIONWIDE
MUTUAL DIRE INSURANCE COMPANY, CAROL MIKITA, and JOSEPA E. MIRITA, to file
a Crossclaim, and on the Motions of Defendants, CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE and
AETNA CASUALTY ~ SURETY COMPANY, to _f ile Crossclaim and for continuance of this
cause, and the Court having heard argument of counsel for alI parties, and being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants' Motions to Pile Crossclaims
are granted and the Defendants shall have ten (10) days from the date herein
within which to file their Crossclaims and ten (10) days thereafter within
which to file Answers thereto, and it is, further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants, CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE and AETNA ~
CASUALTY S SURETY COMPANY'S Motion for Continuance be and hereby is denied. f
